1. Who We Are
Twoside ("Twoside," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered conflict resolution platform. We are not a legal service, therapy provider, or licensed mediator. Our registered business address is available upon request at support@twoside.app.
2. What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you use our platform:
- Account information — email address and display name when you create an account.
- Session content — your private intake responses and any information you submit during a conflict resolution session.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, session timestamps, and device/browser type.
- Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Twoside platform.
- To generate AI-mediated conflict analysis and resolution documents.
- To communicate with you about your account or sessions.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your session content to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Session Privacy
Each party in a Twoside session submits their intake privately via a unique encrypted link. Your raw intake responses are never shared verbatim with the other party. Only AI-synthesized insights derived from both intakes are included in the joint session output. Your exact words remain private at all times.
5. Data Retention
Session data is retained for 12 months from the date of the session, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting support@twoside.app. Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember session state. We use analytics cookies (which you may decline) to understand how people use Twoside and improve the experience. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, and industry-standard cloud infrastructure for hosting and storage. Each is bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to certain processing; or to request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@twoside.app. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
Twoside is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Twoside, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Twoside. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the platform.
2. What Twoside Is (and Isn't)
Twoside is an AI-powered conflict resolution tool. It is not a licensed mediation service, a law firm, a therapy provider, or a substitute for professional legal or psychological advice. Verdicts and resolution documents generated by Twoside are not legally binding and are not enforceable in any court. They represent a structured, AI-assisted mutual agreement between two willing parties.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Twoside. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before using the platform.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@twoside.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Twoside to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information during a session.
- Harass, defame, or harm any other person.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the platform.
- Use AI-generated outputs as evidence in legal proceedings without the written consent of all parties.
6. Sessions and Consent
Both parties in a Twoside session must voluntarily opt in. By submitting your intake, you consent to the AI processing your submitted information to generate a joint resolution output. You acknowledge that resolution outputs are advisory in nature and that you retain full autonomy over any decisions you make.
7. Payments and Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel a paid plan, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
8. Intellectual Property
The Twoside platform, its design, AI systems, and all content created by Twoside are the intellectual property of Twoside. Resolution documents generated for your sessions are yours to keep, but may not be redistributed or published without the written consent of all parties involved in the session.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Twoside is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any resolution outcome will meet your expectations. AI-generated analysis may contain errors and should not be treated as definitive truth.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twoside shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, legal consequences, or emotional distress.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes. Continued use of Twoside after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Security
How we protect your data and sessions.
Our Commitment
Security is core to Twoside — not an afterthought. Conflict resolution sessions contain sensitive personal information, and we treat that data with the highest level of care. Below is an honest overview of the measures we take.
Encryption
All data transmitted between your browser and Twoside is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Session intake data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Session invite links are cryptographically unique and expire after use or 72 hours, whichever comes first.
Session Isolation
Each session participant receives a completely separate, encrypted intake link. The raw responses of Party A are never accessible to Party B — at any point, for any reason. Only AI-synthesized output that references both sides is shared in the joint session view. Our system is architected so that raw intake data physically cannot be exposed to the other party.
Access Controls
Access to production systems is limited to a small number of authorized personnel. We use role-based access controls and require multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all internal accounts with access to user data. All internal access is logged and audited.
Infrastructure
Twoside runs on industry-leading cloud infrastructure with redundant availability zones, automatic failover, and continuous uptime monitoring. Our infrastructure provider maintains SOC 2 Type II certification.
Payment Security
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Twoside never sees, stores, or transmits raw card numbers. Your full payment details never touch our servers.
Data Minimization
We only collect the data we need to provide the service. Session data is automatically purged 12 months after session completion. You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time.
Vulnerability Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in Twoside, please report it responsibly to security@twoside.app. We commit to acknowledging your report within 48 hours and working with you in good faith to resolve confirmed issues. We do not pursue legal action against good-faith security researchers.
Incident Response
In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery, consistent with applicable data protection laws. Notifications will include the nature of the breach, data affected, and steps we are taking to remediate it.
